Terms and Conditions

General:

These Terms and Conditions have a binding effect for all participants of the UHPA International Conference “90 years of travel agencies operation in Croatia“ due to take place on the 4th of December 2013 in Malinska, Island of Krk, Croatia, organized by Croatian Association of Travel Agencies (UHPA).

Information on this Conference is published at UHPA.
Conference venue: Hotel Malin (4*), Kralja Tomislava 23, 51511 Malinska, Island of Krk, Croatia.

Registration fees:

Participation at the Conference on the 4th of December 2013 is subject to the following registration fees:
Registration fee in EUR (payments from abroad) per person (VAT not included): 26,00 EUR
Registration fee includes: Conference participation, Opening Session, materials

Registration fee does not include accommodation costs. Participant shall organize his accommodation and transfer himself and bear all the expenses connected with it. Special accommodation rates for Conference and 15th Travel Trade Fair WAY/PPUT participants have been arranged at Hotel Malin (4*), Malinska, Island of Krk, Croatia.  Information on accommodation is published at UHPA.

Registration for the Conference will be closed on the 29th of November 2013.
Registration: Registration for the Conference should be made by sending the filled Registration Form published at UHPA to the UHPA conference administrator e-mail: neda.lusic@uhpa.hr by 29th November 2013 at 15:00 p.m. By sending the Registration Form and proceeding with the payment of the proper registration fee(s), every participant shall be considered bound by these Terms and Conditions.

UHPA reserves the right to refuse, deny or cancel registration without assigning any reasons.

Payment of registration fees:
Registration fee(s) shall be paid by wire transfer, based on the Confirmation of participation which will be sent by UHPA administrator to participant. Upon receipt of your payment, UHPA will send you the invoice.

The payer shall ensure that his/her name referred to in the bank transfer documentation.

The deadline for wire transfer payment is 7 days prior to Opening Session. The copy of payment should be sent to ivana.grbas@uhpa.hr or fax +385 1 2360 655.
Important note: Bank transfer and other fees and costs related to the wire transfer shall be covered by a payer.

Cancellation of Registration:
If cancellation is received in writing by UHPA conference administrator by the 29th of November 2013 at 15:00 p.m., fees will be refunded in the amount equal to 50 percent of the relevant participation fee. No refunds shall be made after this date.

Event cancellation:
UHPA reserves the right to cancel event at any time and at its sole discretion. In the event of such cancellation, UHPA will refund any registration fees paid, direct to the delegate, upon proof of purchase, and this refund shall be the full extent of UHPA’s liability to the participant arising of such cancellation. In the event of cancellation, UHPA will use reasonable endeavours to alert those who have booked to attend event or purchased tickets, and details of any cancellation will be posted on the UHPA website. Participants are responsible for checking this information prior to the event.
