Meet the exploitative activity of stone, coal, bauxite, shale, silica sand and other raw materials, which have played an important role in the architectural and urban planning, as well as in the industrial image of the Istrian peninsula.
Main activities / attractions : visiting the National Museum of Labin and sightseeing of the mining exhibition with 150 m long replica of the mine; sightseeing of Raša and Labin with a focus on the industrial heritage; visiting the National Park Brijuni and sightseeing of Pula; visit to the quarry Vinkuran near Pula
Tourist packages range from four to six days. The basic activities program for a six-day package includes: Day 1: arrival, accommodation in the hotel; Day 2: sightseeing of the old and new part of the city of Labin with included visit to the mini-mine; Day 3: sightseeing of Krapno, Bršica and Raša; Day 4: visiting the National Park Brijuni, quarry Vinkuran and city of Pula; Day 5: free time; Day 6; departure. The packages are available throughout the year for groups of two to 50 persons. The accommodation is available in hotels with three or four stars. Transfer by vans or buses arranged by the agency.
