“Klapa is a circle, and its center is in Omiš”. That is why there is no place that will better introduce you to the world of “klapa” singing, which even the UNESCO has recognized and put on the list of intangible cultural heritage.

There is no place that will better explain the origin of “klapa” singing. Friends hang out in “konoba” (cellar) and from that very gathering emerged the a cappella singing typical for the Dalmatian “klapa”. Over the years this song was brought to Omiš streets and squares, and today it has no boundaries. However, “klapa” is not only a way of singing. “Klapa” is socializing, friendship, a sense of belonging. “Klapa” is Dalmatia, “klapa” is - a way of life. We will reveal you the secrets of a proud, small city situated where the sea, the river and the mountains meet - Omiš. You will visit the UNESCO cities Split and Šibenik and the National Park Krka and experience the charms of all these cities.
