It is prepared annually based on a survey of Virtuoso’s global network of travel agencies and advisors, who are recognized as the most influential leaders in luxury travel.

In the edition highlighting the top travel trends for 2026, Croatia has been ranked among the TOP 5 most popular destinations for luxury travel.

The Virtuoso Luxe Report 2026 offers insights into the behavior of the world's most influential travelers—Virtuoso clients. More than 2,400 professionals from Virtuoso-affiliated agencies across over 50 countries contributed their vast knowledge and first-hand client expertise to create this report, which summarizes travel patterns and preferences for the year ahead. This prominent positioning by the world's leading luxury travel network is an exceptional achievement for Croatia, Istria, and all members of this prestigious association.
