UHPA’s decision-making bodies include its:

• Assembly

• President

• Director

• Board of Directors

• Supervisory Board

Aside from participating in the Assembly, active UHPA members can appoint a representative in only one other UHPA body. The Assembly is UHPA’s highest decision making body, made up of all the association's active members and their appointed representatives. Active member votes’ are weighted against their size i.e. membership fee amount, also determined by the Assembly. Associate members, the Director and honorary guests can participate in Assembly sessions but without a right to vote.
