Croatian National Tourist Board's new campaign "Get to Know Me"
At the heart of the promotion are islands, continental part of Croatia, and less-known destinations.

The Croatian Tourist Board has launched a new main campaign for this year under the name "Get to Know Me," which sends a positive message encouraging travel lovers to choose Croatia as their destination this year. The campaign will be active until July and will use both online and offline communication channels, as well as social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. It targets the 12 most important outbound markets for Croatian tourism, including: Germany, Slovenia, Austria, Italy, Poland, the UK, the Czech Republic, Hungary, France, the Netherlands, Slovakia, and Switzerland.
"Croatia is well known for its beautiful, crystal-clear sea, pleasant climate, and historical cities, which are recognized as attractive and high-quality destinations. But Croatia is much more than that, and with this campaign, we aim to draw attention to other parts of our country, as well as to specific segments of our overall tourism offer, which also meet the highest standards of quality and service. In other words, while presenting our popular destinations, we also want to highlight the lesser-known ones located near the more famous spots. This way, we raise awareness of the diverse offerings of Croatia and the unique lifestyle characteristic of our people, who enjoy a reputation among our guests as friendly and warm hosts," stated Kristjan Staničić, director of the Croatian National Tourist Board.
For the purposes of the campaign, special visuals and video materials have been created, focusing on Croatian islands, Šibenik, Gorski Kotar, Slavonia, Zagorje, etc. The main goal of the campaign is to further approach unbealivable beauties of the magical Croatian landscapes, local people who are making every place special and warm, but also hidden diamonds that every destination has. The idea of the campaign is to send a message to guests who want to experience the unique lifestyle of the local people, their traditions, and customs, as well as their distinct delicacies and authentic experiences.
