UHPA Days 2026

The largest annual gathering of travel agencies, 18–20 March 2026 in Vodice

Organised by the Association of Croatian Travel Agencies (UHPA), UHPA Days 2026 will take place from 18 to 20 March 2026 at the Olympia 4* Hotel in Vodice, in Šibenik-Knin County, which holds the title of UHPA’s Recommended Domestic Destination for 2026.

This traditional gathering of Croatia’s tourism sector will this year bring together more than 200 participants in Vodice – directors of travel agencies, UHPA members, representatives of the competent ministry, the Croatian National Tourist Board (CNTB), the Croatian Chamber of Economy, domestic professional associations, media representatives, and other key stakeholders of the tourism system. As a central meeting point for the profession ahead of the main tourist season, UHPA Days will once again serve as a platform for open dialogue on key challenges and development directions of Croatian tourism.

The programme is structured around two working segments. In the first, Tonči Glavina, Minister of Tourism and Sport of the Republic of Croatia, will provide his overview of current sector topics, followed by Kristjan Staničić, Director of the Croatian National Tourist Board, who will present key operational guidelines for the system in 2026. The first segment will also include expert panel discussions focusing on the dual transition of the European economy, namely the green transition of tourism as well as digitalisation and e-business.

The second working segment will highlight the rich tourism offer of Šibenik-Knin County and encourage local stakeholders to connect with national partners, with the continued participation of directors of CNTB representative offices.

The 9th UHPA Days place special emphasis on experiencing the host destination. As part of the organised programme, participants will discover Vodice on a sunset boat excursion accompanied by a tasting of local products. The programme also includes a visit to Šibenik, a city with two UNESCO-protected monuments. Guided by experts, participants will visit St. Michael’s Fortress, the oldest of Šibenik’s four fortresses and a unique open-air stage offering spectacular views of the city and archipelago. The tour also includes a walk to the Cathedral of St. James, a masterpiece of Renaissance architecture, followed by a visit to Baraka Winery, one of the most highly regarded boutique wineries in Dalmatia.

The programme concludes with a study tour of the Šibenik-Knin hinterland, an extraordinary oasis of authenticity and natural beauty. As part of this visit, participants will explore the thematic park Etnoland Dalmati, where a carefully designed multimedia experience reveals the richness of Dalmatian culture, history, and natural heritage, complemented by outstanding gastronomic delights. The experience continues with a visit to Krka National Park, specifically its most famous site – Skradinski Buk.

As a professional gathering held since 2016, UHPA Days are rightly considered one of the most important industry events in Croatia’s tourism sector. In addition to strengthening business relationships and jointly shaping a sustainable and competitive future for Croatian tourism, the ninth edition of this event, taking place in the heart of Adriatic nautical tourism, above all encourages collaboration and the exchange of experience.
