In the first quarter of 2026, revenues from foreign tourists reached 945.2 million euros

A growth of 9.2 percent compared to the same period in 2025

According to data from the Croatian National Bank (CNB), in the first quarter of 2026, revenues from foreign tourists amounted to 945.2 million euros, representing a growth of 9.2 percent compared to the same period in 2025, meaning that 79.7 million euros more was generated.

"We are satisfied with the results we are achieving, and this revenue growth is accompanied by excellent tourism indicators from the first quarter, in which we recorded 1.2 million arrivals and 3 million overnights, which is 9 percent more arrivals and 8 percent more overnights than in the same period last year. The positive trend continued throughout the pre-season, where we once again achieved record results. If we compare the revenues from foreign tourists with the first quarter of 2016, they are now more than 509 million euros higher today, which is more than double, clearly confirming the growth in competitiveness and value of Croatian tourism," said the Minister of Tourism and Sport, Tonči Glavina.
