Ventula Travel DMC signed a funding agreement the "Adriatic & Beyond" project

Ventula Travel DMC, together with its partner agencies Montenegro Adventures from Podgorica (Montenegro) and iHouseTravel from Mostar (Bosnia and Herzegovina), signed a funding agreement in Mostar on February 4, 2025 for the "Adriatic & Beyond" project under the EmBRACE program, as part of the Interreg VI-A IPA Program Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro 2021-2027.

The total value of the project, officially titled "Adriatic & Beyond: Croatia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina – Explore the Adriatic’s Coastal Jewels and the Balkans Wild Highlands in One Epic Journey" amounts to €97,213.12, with a duration of 12 months, from March 2025 to the end of February 2026.

Project Objectives:

✔️ Development of two innovative cross-border tourism routes, highlighting both iconic and lesser-known destinations and experiences in Croatia, Montenegro, and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

✔️ Strengthening the digital capacities of project partners through website improvements, CRM system implementation, digital marketing training, and the creation of high-quality promotional materials.

✔️ Expansion into a new international market and increased presence in already familiar markets through participation in leading global tourism fairs.

✔️ Organization of a FAM trip for travel agents and journalists to experience and promote new tourism products.

✔️ Enhancing cooperation and knowledge exchange among partner travel agencies.
