Croatia Airlines hosts Star Alliance customer relations meeting in Zagreb
Airline experts discuss passenger rights and the future of customer service

Croatia’s national carrier, Croatia Airlines, is hosting a three-day aviation summit in Zagreb from June 10th to 12th. The event brings together Customer Relations experts from all member airlines of Star Alliance, the world's largest global airline alliance.
Air passenger rights are currently in focus more than ever and are continuously evolving, alongside passenger expectations regarding comfort across all segments of travel. This requires airlines to adapt their operations, particularly within customer support sectors. Accordingly, the main themes of the summit include the harmonization of processes and procedures in resolving customer issues, further business coordination aimed at enhancing customer experiences through customer service, the latest industry innovations, and the exchange of best business practices.
Providing a seamless travel experience and a commitment to innovation in international travel are core objectives of Star Alliance, with Customer Relations teams from all 25 member airlines contributing to the alliance's business success and brand image. Croatia Airlines has been a member of Star Alliance since 2004, contributing daily to the quality of the alliance by adapting its operations to current market demands and providing professional, efficient, and consistent resolutions to customer concerns. The opportunity for the Croatian national carrier to host this meeting is a confirmation of its continuous monitoring of consumer habits, passenger rights, and expectations, as well as its proficiency in managing customer requests.
